1、摘 要随着我国市场经济的快速发展，社会成员特别是中低收入群体的住房困难问题引起了社会的广泛关注。为了解决“弱势”群体的住房问题，政府制定了一系列住房保障制度。在全面贯彻科学发展观、构建和谐社会的总体要求下，加快危房改造，妥善解决困难家庭住房问题。危房改造是人民群众和人民生活的一项工程。实施过程是否取得了预期效果，是否有效解决了“两优”农户问题，并对这一问题进行了研究和创新。逐步分析东方市危房改造政策在实施中的现状可为今后工作提供参考，是为民办实事的重要体现。本文采用文献研究、实证研究和访谈等研究方法，从危房改造政策在实施现状入手，分析建立和完善东方市危房改造政策实施体系的现实意义。重点分析危房
