1、DL/T583-2006ForewordThis standard is prepared in accordance with Document(2006)No.1093 Notice about issuance of 2006industry standard program plan by the National Development and Reform Commission Office(Developmentand Reform Office).Compared with the previous version 1995,this current version has m

2、ade the following major changes:-makes revisions in light of the fact that microcomputer controlled excitation regulator and self-shuntexcitation system have gained prominent application in recent years.-clarifies some terms such as de-excitation time and current-sharing coefficient that are controv

3、ersial fora long time;standardize the models for power system stabilizers.The number of terms and definitionsis increased from 20 to 40.-clearly defines the measuring conditions for some parameters such as current-sharing coefficient:theaccuracy of voltage regulation being replaced by static voltage

4、 droop rate,which becomes a percentagevalue;ratio of ceiling voltage being calculated directly using rated terminal voltage rather than using aconversion coefficient of 0.8;the number of power cabinet being decided according to long-termcontinuous excitation current(field-forcing is considered)with

5、backup as a means of redundancy;thedefinition of de-excitation time making the verification uniform and consistent.This standard replaces DL/T 583-1995 upon date of implementation.Annex A to this standard is normative.This standard is proposed by the China Electricity Council.This standard is under
