1、学海无涯教师个人参考方案总结有感于学科带头人、教学能手、教学新秀的汇报课出课的三位老师授之荣誉当之无愧。从三节课中反映出来的是:1.目的明确,整节课能围绕目的贯穿一直去设计环节,(导入、复习、学习指导、平行操练、合作学习、合作探究、活动设计、知识整理、达标检测。)环环相扣,环环递进。2.三节课可以遵照听、说、读、写的语言学习规律,注重对学生的才能培养。3.充分运用了探究式学习、合作式学习,表达了这种学习方式的有效性。4.充分表达以学为主,老师主导,课堂容量大,学生的收获多。5.老师对咨询题的设计呈现出了思维的梯度,符合学生的认知水平,理解才能,使学生可以体验到成功的喜悦。6.课堂活动方式新颖,
2、面向全体,层次感强,充分表达了尊重学生,关注差异。7.精彩的教学设计片段:黄晖课堂实录:从欣赏一首英文歌曲入手,学生听后还在回味中老师提咨询,Do you like this song (Yes. ) What can you hear in this song ( Month) How many months are there in a year(12) What are they (January , February ) 自然引入复习12个月份的表达(同时出示屏幕12个月份)。学生齐读对12个月进展复习稳固。然后老师又引导说I like November. Because my bir
3、thday is in November . I like June . Because Childrens Day is in June . How about you (学生自由模拟说, I like May. Because )。老师又说November is the first month. 老师随意说February is the _. May is the _ .学生自然抢答补充序数词。接着老师又咨询一句,What day is it today (Today is November nineteenth. ) 这时老师一边咨询,学生一边答,同时老师板书,november nine
4、th. 学生立即帮老师纠错,老师装出非常惊奇的表情 What Why 学生的纠错积极性非常高,抢着说月份首字母大写,序数词的正确拼写方式。老师接着导入,Today is November 19th. Its my birthday. 如今学生没立即反响过来,老师又带着期待的目光重述一遍,Today is November 19th. Its my birthday. 哦,学生仿佛明白了立即此起披伏地对老师说Happy birthday to you ! 老师又说 What do you want to say to me on my birthday 可爱的学生们活泼了,I hope you
5、are young. / you are happy /you are beautiful 还有一位同学用美声唱法位老师唱了一首英语歌曲Happy birthday to you ! 在这欢笑中老师咨询同学们When is your birthday 学生咨询纷纷抢答My birthday is _. 如今本节课的课题出来了 Unit 8 When is your birthday 如此的导入衔接自然,学生随着老师设计的语境不断地由浅入深地复习稳固,词汇融于了句子中,在有感而发的语言实践中去收获,那也确实是语言的自然习得。他完全遵照了语言的学习规律。学生在轻松愉快的境地中进入了新的学习内容。在

Being volunteers is very great . 自然进入阅读课文,首先快速阅读答复 What is the main idea of the passage (Being a volunteer is great. = ?)。细读填表格加深对文章的理解。活动1 小组大PK, 全组总发动。抽签选对手,结合短文人人参与,挖掘文章,咨询题设计百花齐放,层次鲜明,28名学生,每个人的咨询题都不同,出题者与答题者都是受益者,活动2 结合班级同学的实际爱好,说说其可能做的志愿者工作。I like to dance. If I am a volunteer , what do you think I could do 活动3 Writing , Would you like to offer help If you are a volunteer, what will you do Why 四人一组共选一题,各自写一篇短文,小组互批,把每人最精彩的局部剪切下来,组成短文制成小报,并展示出来,供大家品析,让学生体验到了成功的喜悦。活动设计方式新颖,面向全体,层次感强,充分表达了尊重学生,关注差异。
