4、后、农村人居环境恶化，我国农村发展过程中产生的空心化现象已经严重制约了乡村振兴战略的实施。空心村的产生直接导致农村“三留”人口增加、主体弱化和土地废弃，严重影响农村的生存环境，造成资源的巨大浪费，这与当前乡村振兴战略的总体要求背道而驰。空心村的形成影响土地的集约利用，导致人地矛盾加剧，可能引发一系列社会问题，给经济社会发展增添不稳定因素。本文的研究对象海阳市朱吴镇，其地处海阳市北郊，多山地，农户耕地分散，农业生产难以形成规模，由于道路交通不便利、人口流失严重、土地放弃率高、缺乏优势产业，空心村治理逐渐成为朱吴镇在乡村振兴过程中的难以解决的问题。本文通过调查问卷对海阳市朱吴镇的空心村展开实地调研
5、，对朱吴镇空心村治理的村民意愿进行调查。对朱吴镇空心村治理村民意愿进行描述分析，并且将其影响因素分类，对村民意愿产生影响的因素进行相关性分析，通过问卷调查，从中选取具有代表性的当前村民治理意愿的影响因素。利用二元 Logistic 进行回归分析，对自变量进行相关性分析，确保村民治理意愿的显著因素具有更强的解释能力，采用Nagelkerke R2、2检验值两种方法来检验模型，对模型的准确率进行预测。最后通过分析预测结果，阐述切合村民意愿的空心村治理的对策建议。关键词：关键词：海阳市朱吴镇；空心村治理；村民意愿；影响因素IIAbstractWith the continuous advanceme

12、itive industries,the governance of hollowvillages has gradually become a difficult problem for Zhuwu Town to solve in the processof rural revitalization.This paper conducts a field survey on the hollow village in Zhuwu Town,HaiyangCity through questionnaires,and investigates the villagers willingnes
13、s to govern thehollow village in Zhuwu Town.Describe and analyze the villagers willingness to governhollow village in Zhuwu Town,classify the influencing factors,and conduct correlationIIIanalysis on the influencing factors of villagers willingness.Through questionnaire survey,select the representat
14、ive influencing factors of current villagers willingness to govern.Theregression analysis is conducted by using binary logistic,and the correlation analysis isconducted on the independent variables to ensure that the significant factors of villagerswillingness to govern have stronger explanatory pow
15、er.The model is tested by using twomethods,namely,Nagelkerke R2and2test value,to predict the accuracy of the model.Finally,through the analysis of the prediction results,the paper expounds thecountermeasures and suggestions for the governance of hollow villages that meet thewishes of the villagers.K
