1、Designation:D827720Standard Test Method forWet Filterability of Lubricants and Hydraulic Fluids by MassFlow Technique1This standard is issued under the fixed designation D8277;the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or,in the case of revision, the year

2、of last revision.A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval.Asuperscript epsilon()indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1.Scope1.1 This test method covers determination of the wet filter-ability of lubricants and hydraulic fluids based upon mass flowr

3、ate measurements through a 0.8 m membrane after ageing ofthe fluid in the presence of water. The procedure applies tolubricants and hydraulic fluids that are formulated with Ameri-can Petroleum Institute(API)Group I,II,III,IV and certain Vbase stocks.Products formulated with water or base stocks that

4、are heavier than water are out of scope.1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandard. No other units of measurement are included in thisstandard.1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns,if any, associated with its use.It is theresponsibility of the use
