16、s and mill certificates for the reinforcing steel.Awritten statement,signed by the manufacturer,shall verify thatthe cement,aggregates,admixtures,and steel conform to theapplicable specifications for the material.Concrete strengthshall be determined by the compressive strength tests ofcylinders.The manufacturers statement shall also certifyadherence to tolerance on dimensions and mass.Acceptabilityof the poles produced in accordance with this specification mayalso be determined by the results of
