10、ng PracticeThe steel shall be killed andconform to the fine austenitic grain size requirement ofSpecification A 20/A 20M.5.Heat Treatment5.1 All plates shall be heat treated by the material manufac-turer by heating to not less than 1650F 900C,quenching inwater or oil and tempering at not less than 1
