16、mical analysis for bar and wire,except for hydrogen andnitrogen,which shall be determined on the finished product.7.3 When requested by the purchaser and stated in thepurchase order,a product analysis for any elements listed inTable 3 shall be made on the finished product.7.3.1 The manufacturers analysis shall be considered asverified if the check analysis confirms the manufacturersreported values within the tolerances prescribed in Table 4.8.Mechanical Properties8.1 The annealed material shall
